Ánimo is a Louisville consulting practice founded by Jonathan Nichols. Jon’s operating background spans e-commerce, merchandising, marketing technology, analytics, customer experience, fulfillment and AI-assisted workflows.
That range matters because digital problems rarely stay inside one department. A checkout issue can be a merchandising issue. A reporting problem can be a process problem. A request for “an AI agent” can really be a calendar, inbox or ownership problem.
