Request deletion of your Studio data

Closer Horizons Newsletter Studio is operated by Jon Nichols of Ánimo for Closer Horizons. These instructions cover connected-account authorization, Facebook-derived photos, and saved Studio records.

Disconnect a connected account

Sign in to the Studio, open Connections, and choose Disconnect Facebook Page or Disconnect Gmail for a connected account. This removes the Studio’s stored authorization and attempts to revoke provider access. If provider revocation cannot be confirmed, follow the message shown in the Studio to remove the integration in your provider’s account settings.

Disconnecting does not delete photos already selected for an issue or saved newsletter revisions. Those copies remain available for the editorial handoff until a deletion request is addressed.

Request deletion of preserved data

  1. Email letsconnect@animoplatform.net from your authorized Studio account. Use the subject Studio data deletion request.
  2. Identify the connected Page, newsletter issue, or Studio records you want removed. Do not include passwords, access tokens, verification codes, patient information, or clinical records.
  3. Jon will confirm the request and coordinate removal of the applicable stored data, including selected photos and preserved revisions or handoff copies. The reply will explain what was removed and any remaining copies requiring separate action.

Removing this app in Facebook Business Integrations stops future authorized retrieval. It does not automatically remove copies already saved in the Studio or transferred into a Squarespace campaign.

Public newsletter content only

The Studio is not a clinical system and makes no claim of HIPAA compliance. If patient information was entered accidentally, stop processing and contact Jon without copying that information into your email. Changing visible draft text alone does not remove earlier revisions.
